We accompany you to each of the shortlisted properties at your convenience. We constantly assess all the properties either on or coming to the market, even when your shortlist has been prepared.
Having selected the property that is right for you, we help you to achieve the best possible price. We then liaise with estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders and other parties in order to exchange and complete with the utmost efficiency.
